ALEVELS are easy. how many times have i heard it.
i just heard it today. MATH is the easiest.
my target mileage shall be 50 km a week.
feel like a car now. vroom vroom...
allan was saying he runs 80km a week. that's nuts.
"you run 10 km in the morning and then 10km at night."
"ALLAN" *eyes open wide...
if i had your brains or your discipline maybe i would go run 80km.

feel like going back to wushu. hmph. really wanna go back to wushu...
the last time i tried to practise wushu when i'm not in wushu class, my friend asked me why i was doing self entertainment. =(. APRIL when are we ever gonna go back??
it's just so sad right. it's like in life you just pick things up. and when your hands are full you just have to put down some. sadly. first my pretty violin, then my 4weapons and nano+carbon. do hope to pick them up again. we just get busier, dont we.

if time would stop for me.

moodswings.

when i was a kid, i used to wonder if i was meeting the same piano teacher week after week. that was after reading a book that told me jumping into the same river twice was impossible. my piano teacher would be mad at me for not practising my piano for a week and the next, she would 'condone' me not practising. i even once came to the conclusion she had 3 sisters who look exactly like her and they took turns to teach me each week. using my little ways, i tried to figure out exactly how many piano teachers i had. all of these were due to my teachers moodswings i guess. it's like if she had a great day where all her students before played fantastically, she wouldnt mind a little child fumbling over the notes in comparison to a day where all her other students didnt perform well. it's ironic that a little girl cant understand a woman. i guess moodswings brings a variety to a person.

btw it's teachers' day soon. happy teachers' day to my multiple teachers.

thank God for teachers.

fleeting youth.
it comes once in a lifetime
within the first 10 years of your life.
it stays a while.
hangs around till you're 25.
then it's gone for good...

thinking about random stuff.
"Remember your Creator in the days of your youth..." Eccl 12:1.
the thing i loved about sajc were the verses all over the place.
this was one of them. just a verse reminding us to remember God though we are young.

...so get a friend jump around have some fun but forget not the God who created you.

thank God for youth. =]

Savior I come
Quiet my soul remember
Redemptions hill
Where Your blood was spilled
For my ransom
Everything I once held dear
I count it all as lost

Lead me to the cross
Where Your love poured out
Bring me to my knees
Lord I lay me down
Rid me of myself
I belong to You
Lead me, lead me to the cross

You were as I
Tempted and tried
Human
The word became flesh
Bore my sin and death
Now you're risen
Everything I once held dear
I count it all as lost

Lead me to the cross
Where Your love poured out
Bring me to my knees
Lord I lay me down
Rid me of myself
I belong to You
Lead me, lead me to the cross

To your heart
To your heart
Lead me to your heart

Lead me to the cross by Hillsong United.

Stumbled upon this beautiful song. Somehow sounds richer than Chopin's Etude in Emajor. Maybe because of the meaningful lyrics. =] really like this song.

Anyway, i'm doing stupid things nowadays. was running for the fun of it. irritating shuxian with my melodious off key singing. making xianny laugh because i was learning how to do funny moves. poking xueyuan for no reason. doing push up, sit up / crunches because i feel like doing it. whacking huiling's hair just to see it oscillate. randomly using physics explanations to explain the wrong things. playing nonsense on my piano. writing random lyrics. okay. shant talk about the dumb things i do these days.

i kind of miss running like mad now that it is not season. All Paulus' fault that we didnt run on friday... well... then again, maybe not all is his fault. we could have organised self trng. anyway, went to nicholas' house for dinner. me and dorothy watched the beijing's olympics opening ceremony march in till we fell asleep, and then waking up a little to see team singapore march in, quite a big team. or at least bigger than i expected. loved the flame part. really nice. was trying to find the olympic anthem but sadly, it was nowhere to be found. it sounded mystical somehow. would be cool to learn a greek song. =] anyway, found the olympic hymm. there's this cool web somewhere that has all the anthems of all the countries quite cool. =]

i want to play with my weapons. i still remember most of my taolu except 18mo. i want to play wushu. miss the days where my week is packed with all sorts of trainings. the best times were when i had 3 badminton trngs and 2 wushu trngs. just keep trng. wish to go for trng camp.i loved last year's crash training. every night meet ongy, eileen, cher cher, tyzus go running, then get scolded by coach for exhausting yourself before trng, then after trng is mad rush to subway. that was so cool. was just thinking about what ongy was telling me the other day about sports that sometimes trng takes out the fun in sports, similarly what pee said about not wanting to train basketball cause sth like he doesnt want his fav. game to be trng or sth. makes me wonder if trng is addictive. i think i'm addicted to it. knowing you'll feel pain, you still wanna train cause of the small period of runner's high or whatever high feeling it is. sounds like taking drugs... okay maybe wrong analogy. anyway, guess i'll miss this kind of training when i'm out of school.

i made the cross team play badminton, made the class play badminton. =] feel so happy. just that carbon and nano weren't there when i played with the class and we were playing in the open air. remember someone was from class was from badminton as well. feel like playing match with them. i think i was being mean to kerong and pee the last time cross played badminton. was smashing for the fun of it. makes me want to train again... guess i'll try to find time to go training.

jie, i updated... =]

thank God for my jie's guardian angels.

A TEENAGER'S VIEW OF HEAVEN
17-year-old Brian Moore had only a short time to write something for a class. The subject was what Heaven was like. 'I wowed 'em,' he later told his father, Bruce. 'It's a killer. It's the bomb. It's the best thing I ever wrote..' It also was the last.

Brian Moore died May 27, 1997, the day after Memorial Day. He was driving home from a friend's house when his car went off Bulen-Pierce Road in Pickaway County and struck a utility pole. He emerged from the wreck unharmed but stepped on a downed power line and was electrocuted.

The Moores framed a copy of Brian's essay and hung it among the family portraits in the living room. 'I think God used him to make a point. I think we were meant to find it and make something out of it,' Mrs. Moore said of the essay. She and her husband want to share their son's vision of life after death. 'I'm happy for Brian. I know he's in heaven. I know I'll see him.'

Brian's Essay: The Room...
In that place between wakefulness and dreams, I found myself in the room. There were no distinguishing features except for the one wall covered with small index card files. They were like the ones in libraries that list titles by author or subject in alphabetical order. But these files, which stretched from floor to ceiling and seemingly endless in either direction, had very different headings. As I drew near the wall of files, the first to catch my attention was one that read 'Girls I have liked.' I opened it and began flipping through the cards. I quickly shut it, shocked to realize that I recognized the names written on each one. And then without being told, I knew exactly where I was.

This lifeless room with its small files was a crude catalog system for my life. Here were written the actions of my every moment, big and small, in a detail my memory couldn't match. A sense of wonder and curiosity, coupled with horror, stirred within me as I began randomly opening files and exploring their content. Some brought joy and sweet memories; others a sense of shame and regret so intense that I would look over my shoulder to see if anyone was watching.

A file named 'Friends' was next to one marked 'Friends I have betrayed.' The titles ranged from the mundane to the outright weird 'Books I Have Read,' 'Lies I Have Told,' 'Comfort I have Given,' 'Jokes I Have Laughed at .' Some were almost hilarious in their exactness: 'Things I've yelled at my brothers.' Others I couldn't laugh at: 'Things I Have Done in My Anger', 'Things I Have Muttered Under My Breath at My Parents.' I never ceased to be surprised by the contents.

Often there were many more cards than I expected. Sometimes fewer than I hoped. I was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of the life I had lived. Could it be possible that I had the time in my years to fill each of these thousands or even millions of cards? But each card confirmed this truth. Each was written in my own handwriting. Each signed with my signature.

When I pulled out the file marked 'TV Shows I have watched', I realized the files grew to contain their contents. The cards were packed tightly, and yet after two or three yards, I hadn't found the end of the file. I shut it, shamed, not so much by the quality of shows but more by the vast time I knew that file represented.

When I came to a file marked 'Lustful Thoughts,' I felt a chill run through my body. I pulled the file out only an inch, not willing to test its size and drew out a card. I shuddered at its detailed content.

I felt sick to think that such a moment had been recorded. An almost animal rage broke on me. One thought dominated my mind: No one must ever see these cards! No one must ever see this room! I have to destroy them!' In insane frenzy I yanked the file out. Its size didn't matter now. I had to empty it and burn the cards. But as I took it at one end and began pounding it on the floor, I could not dislodge a single card. I became desperate and pulled out a card, only to find it as strong as steel when I tried to tear it.

Defeated and utterly helpless, I returned the file to its slot. Leaning my forehead against the wall, I let out a long, self-pitying sigh.

And then I saw it.. The title bore 'People I Have Shared the Gospel With.' The handle was brighter than those around it,seemed newer, almost unused. I pulled on its handle and a small box not more than three inches long fell into my hands. I could count the cards it contained on one hand.

And then the tears came. I began to weep. Sobs so deep that they hurt. They started in my stomach and shook through me. I fell on my knees and cried. I cried out of shame, from the overwhelming shame of it all. The rows of file shelves swirled in my tear-filled eyes. No one must ever, ever know of this room. I must lock it up and hide the key. But then as I pushed away the tears, I saw Him.

No, please not Him. Not here. Oh, anyone but Jesus. I watched helplessly as He began to open the files and read the cards. I couldn't bear to watch His response. And in the moments I could bring myself to look at His face, I saw a sorrow deeper than my own.

He seemed to intuitively go to the worst boxes. Why did He have to read every one? Finally He turned and looked at me from across the room. He looked at me with pity in His eyes. But this was a pity that didn't anger me. I dropped my head, covered my face with my hands and began to cry again. He walked over and put His arm around me. He could have said so many things. But He didn't say a word. He just cried with me.

Then He got up and walked back to the wall of files. Starting at one end of the room, He took out a file and, one by one, began to sign His name over mine on each card. 'No!' I shouted rushing to Him. All I could find to say was 'No, no,' as I pulled the card from Him. His name shouldn't be on these cards. But there it was, written in red so rich, so dark, so alive. The name of Jesus covered mine. It was written with His blood. He gently took the card back. He smiled a sad smile and began to sign the cards. I don't think I'll ever understand how He did it so quickly, but the next instant it seemed I heard Him close the last file and walk back to my side.

He placed His hand on my shoulder and said, 'It is finished.' I stood up, and He led me out of the room. There was no lock on its door. There were still cards to be written.

'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.'-Phil. 4:13 'For God so loved the world that He gave His only son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.' If you feel the same way forward it so the love of Jesus will touch their lives also My 'People I shared the gospel with' file just got bigger, how about yours?

that's an email i received. It kept playing in my mind. Keeps making me think about Heaven. Keeps causing me to ponder on how much God loves us. Keeps telling me to live life the way GOd wants it to be. Keeps reminding me of the day where we meet God. Keeps me wondering what my records would be. this story set me thinking about what i'm doing with my life. i once heard a saying that goes do not be afraid that life would end, rather be afraid it never starts. =]

thank God for this email

this song has been coming into my head...

TILL I SEE YOU

(Verse 1)
The greatest love that
Anyone could ever know
That overcame the cross
And grave to find my soul
And 'til I see You face to face
And grace amazing takes me home
I'll trust in You

(Verse 2)
With all I am I live
To see Your Kingdom come
And in my heart I pray
You'd let Your will be done
And 'til I see You face to face
And grace amazing takes me home
I'll trust in You

(Chorus)
I will live to love You
I will live to bring You praise
I will live a child in awe of You

(Verse 3)
You are the voice
That called the universe to be
You are the whisper in my
Heart that speaks to me
And 'til I see You face to face
And grace amazing takes me home
I'll trust in You

(BRIDGE)
You alone are God of all
You alone are worthy Lord
And with all I am my soul will bless
Your Name

church camp
before i start on it, shall tell you about my interesting church. my church is church of the good shepherd. for the past 49 years, there have been 2 congregations in the church as in really literally 2 congregations. namely the chinese congregation and english congregation. both congregations come at different times chinese in the morning, english in the afternoon. in other churches it would probably be called the morning service and afternoon service, however my church... doesnt. this year we have started the first combine congregation church camp with the theme together in unity. i would not say i totally enjoyed it. but it was a great experience to hang out with different people, knowing more little kids that dont like me or dont wanna talk to me or just want me to play with them, know more about the importance of unity, the concept of it, the function of it. as i said, i bunked with nat ng and rachel. well... i guess they are quite interesting. nat ng reads and reads -- jodi picoult's keeping faith. rachel writes and writes in her black krayle book. amazed at her neat handwrite. or at least it looked neat cause i saw black lines acrossed the pages. i somehow feel like starting a diary... think it will end up as a journal, maybe shall write for a friend, that would be more meaningful and make me more compelled to write. next up is warrior knights, interesting game. martin nat ng paul aaron and i formed the room service bunch... quite fun for starters i guess. dial room service. played munchkin fu and warrior knights with them. martin won most of the games... quite interesting. as usual, didnt sleep the last night. played warrior knights at 450. till about 6. my poor bro got locked out of his room by his roomies. after church camp, i think morning service would be more applicable to call what used to be the chinese congregation. camp was at batam's planet holiday. a pity i couldnt swim and didnt use the gym. on the third day, went bowling, quite alright scores. 68 and 91. i enjoyed lunch and dinner. got to mix with the other bunch of youths. kind of cool.

Thank God for church camp.

i'm suppose to blog ages ago.

my mind's a blank about what to blog.
shall start.
school holidays is hectic. but comparing to different people, there would be different opinions. i'm currently training for track season. three 3k runners, me shuxian and weilin. i cant stand the heat. it burns. i have a bad running posture, trying to change and i wonder if i should. allan+yihui were saying that sometimes it would change for the worst-- cant run well. according to shuxian, i'm a nerd runner. cause i ask too many questions about running. did 5x 800m 4:50 circle. meaning rest and run for each 800m is 4:50, run faster, rest longer. timings: 3:16, 3:27, 3:38, 3:42, 3:56. then rest for about 15 min and do 400m... timing: 80s.

wonder how come i'm running actually. everytime run long distance, some song will be playing in my head. today was running after you by planet shakers and take my hand by linking park i think.

church camp is coming. this camp is gonna be a little different from the past. i'm not bunking with fiona and joanna. cause they not going. bunking with different people. rachel and nat ng. gerald's not going (last min) =( jie and papa too. well... marcus has agreed to take care of my bro since i'm not in his group. many people not going this church camp. including elijah, jon, ben, kenneth. =( however, s4 are mostly going this year.

thank God for a great cross team
to pinky: hey dude... i updated again. now tell me your blog.

*clears the cobs*
blog restored.
*updates*
now i'm in anglo-chinese junior college. the jc at dover. i'm feeling very neutral towards this institute. hmm... neither not crazy over it nor anti-acjc anymore. half of my teammates are there. but none crazy over badminton. i feel like joining cross-country. and for once understand what it means to work as a team by joining hockey. haiz.

march hols are over. had a great time. first was youth leader retreat. many stars at the campsite. experienced the prayer encounter. had teambuilding. i'm supposedly a 'dcsi' in disc test. (from mbti, i'm suppose to be an infp). went out with sajc class on wed. iceskated for hours. had fun with them. but i think i got 3 blueblacks from falling. on thurs went out with doubles partner ongy. xy locked herself in her house... somehow. eileen and cherlynn were like 2h late. me and ong had fun eating at sakae sushi. =] the waitress kept clearing our plates. kinda wanted to see how much we could eat. but ongy took pics. and cherlynn finally realises i'm vain...

still miss sajc... cool wind... daily morning worship... high ceiling in canteen... brother in same campus...og 11... 08s08...

Rule the world by Take That
You light the skies, up above me
A star, so bright, you blind me, yeah
Don’t close your eyes
Don’t fade away, don’t fade away-

Oh

Yeah you and me we can ride on a star
If you stay with me girl
We can rule the world-
Yeah you and me we can light up the sky
If you stay by my side
We can rule the world-

If walls break down, I will comfort you
If angels cry, oh I’ll be there for you
You've saved my soul
Don’t leave me now, don’t leave me now

Oh

Yeah you and me we can ride on a star
If you stay with me girl
We can rule the world
Yeah you and me, we can light up the sky
If you stay by my side
We can rule the world-

Ooooooooh

All the stars are coming out tonight
They're lighting up the sky tonight
For you, for you
All the stars are coming out tonight
They’re lighting up the sky tonight
For you, for you-

Ooooooooh

Yeah you and me we can ride on a star
If you stay with me girl
We can rule the world
Yeah you and me, we can light up the sky
If you stay by my side

They're lighting up the sky tonight
For you,for you-

BLOG REVIVAL! hehe. after many months
let's start. O's were wonderfully disgusting. screwed up my physics, chemistry, amath and geog papers. that's like half of all my papers. but who cares. it over and done with. threw all my papers to the next batch of "O's survival players". Good Luck my dear juniors in crescent. start studying and dont stress out the poor teachers last minute like what we did. i miss TEAM CRESCENT badly. the crazy xy flying all over the place calling me names and being sacarstic (exclusively for me). natarie always telling me about her beloved zaizai or xiaozhu. miss enen. no one is energetic to go running with me... obviously i miss eunice ong. miss pouncing on her. monica and her character that never seems to amuse me. =]. of course and the many other psycho people in my dear crescent. (including waterbottle tan. mickeymouse tr. tiong. zilah and zlin. leowcp. tutukui. bullet train trs.)

my hols were spent as such.

after o's, had prom. enjoyed myself kind of. walked in heels for 7h to practise. practically trying to torture my poor feet. here's a picture of the three of us.

for the rest of november, i had training every night at jurong west sports hall. and it was subway for dinner and supper. hehe. eat fresh...here's pics of some of the teammates

my doubles partner. ongy. and me.

hansel...
shenyang.

chen hong and meiyi.

eileen. like to bully me
had standard chartered run on the 2 dec. ran in approx 58min. very slow. 10km. after that was tournament period and training at night.next went to tibet to experience the cold. all pics still not with me. the photos always jam up my computer.
after that was ye camp. =]. it was experiencing God's prescence and love. theme of camp was know him more. realise nightwalk was a great way to know a person better. my nightwalk partner was natalie. a girl from nushigh. totally stranger. but by the end of it. got to know her better. hehe. we were the last of the last. last group basically to do the nightwalk. as usual bunked with joanna and fion. brought lots of food. had much dance practise too. but unlike the usual, the focus was to dance for God's glory. not to win syf or sth. quite fun practising spilts. camped in church on the last night. and the stars dont wanna shine. or the clouds were too thick. so sad. quite nice to sit alone to watch a night go by. sets the mood to think about things. camp was enjoyable on the whole. so sad it rained a little too much. and everyone was sick (i think it was because of me) by the end of it.
then was the performance day itself. there was a little prob for the last practice. due to costumes. but o well. we went to do a hunt for better costumes. some pics.

us.

martin and rachel. they taught the dance.
the secret to have smiles on dancers. sing the song you are dancing to. it worked for us.

spent christmas at aunty jenny's house. baked cookies in a small oven. they kept becoming burnt. met dorothy. as usual dressed in black. hehe. met theodoras. the young artist. draws quite well. he could even do blending.
next was the first badminton camp after year 2000. apparently, the tradition of badminton camp died sometime ago when ms goon was no longer the tr ic for shuttlers. hehe. it was quite fun. at least i thought it was. it was slack camp. not very tough. friendlys in the morn, trng in afternoon, and rankings at night. quite alright. =] the food was too much. but oh well. great camp.

see our team spirit? bet you do... (that sounds like xy with her slang)

the last thing for year 2007 is 2008 countdown. had bowling before gg to church. was quite cool. played arcade games and i owe fion money just remembered.i spent my last minutes of 2007 in church for watchnight service. it was about the theme of love. i was somehow quite tired. went to riverview hotel for nights stay. 1 room 13 ppl. can you imagine that.we sleep everywhere. i fell asleep first. very tired. had stuff on the next day so had to go sleep. played truth or dare, truth or truth. and i remembered someone say someone's gonna get hurt. oh well. quite crap. same kind of qn. nth much interesting.

Status: a saint.

currently, i'm in sajc. kind of enjoying myself and having fun. i've started playing basketball again. i think i'm crazy taking 5 sub. pcme and music. so smart. stress myself out for the first few months. i saw the track on the first day i went to sa. joy was felt, crescent doesnt have a running track. red track = pankhurst house. pankhurst the fighter, the warrior, the winner. yeah. okay that's besides the point.NE way, cross country just a while ago. want to thank God for strength and giving me two great pacers. a basketballer and a guy called andy from guitar club.(someone told me sth like that) first time running at east coast park for cross. quite a relaxing experience. my og group(og11) has a bunch of friendly people. played against og 13 after the event. wanted to crash jc but didnt. spent like a long time stoning around. should have brought poker cards. play bridge. had a great time with them though. i must say i enjoy going back to mission school. quite a peaceful environment.

anyways, found this on benjamin's blog. thought it was cool.
In Genesis the world was made,
In Exodus the march was told;
Leviticus contains the law,
In Numbers the tribes enrolled;
In Deuteronomy again
We're urged to keep God's law alone
And these five books of Moses make
The oldest writings ever known.
Brave Joshua to Canaan leads,
In Judges oft the Jews rebel;
We read of David's name in Ruth,
And first and second Samuel;
In first and second Kings we read
How bad the Hebrew state became;
In first and second Chronicles,
Another history of the same.
In Ezra captive Jews return,
While Nehemiah builds the wall;
Queen Esther saves her race from death.
These books "Historical" we call.
In Job we read of patient faith,
In Psalms are David's songs of praise;
The Proverbs are to make us wise;
Ecclesiastes next portrays
How vain fleeting earthly pleasures are;
The Song of Solomon is all
About the love of God, and these
Five books "Poetical" we call.
Isaiah tells of Christ to come,
While Jeremiah tells of woe,
And in his Lamentations mourms
The Holy City's overthrow.
Ezekiel speaks of mysteries,
While Daniel foretells kings of old;
Hosea calls men to repent;
In Joel judgement is foretold.
Amos tells of wrath, and Edom
Obadiah is sent to warn,
While Jonah shows how Christ should rise,
And Micah where He should be born;
In Nahum Nineveh is seen,
In Habakkuk, Chaldea's guilt;
In Zephaniah, Judah's sins,
Haggai, the temples's built.
Zechariah tells of Christ,
And Malachi of John, his signs.
The prophets number seventeen,
And all the books are thirty-nine.

thank God for the new year.

time for my monthly blog post.
i have to go on hiatus. maybe miss 1 or 2 monthly post.

this holiday is quite a special september holiday. there's an aim: prepare for the rest of the papers. however, there is no homework. This is what i feel learning at your own pace should feel. the homework makes things complicated. Went to Gary's birthday party. played basketball. better than my records for once i shot around 5 hoops within an hour. my last record was less than 1 hoop in an hour. i'm quite a bad player. gotta go try be better at it.

let's talk about this holiday. while ongy is skiving class to attend physics class, i have been an obedient student attending all extra lessons that are compulsory. Monday went to school. studied a little. nothing much i think i baked cookies. think. only think. Tuesday.went to study at westmall with wangjian. super cold. never study in coffeebean without a winter(emphasis winter) jacket and long pants. and they didnt have enough cds. we were there for like 4h. they played the same cd over and over again. like brainwashing. thanks Wangjian for studying with me. then had lunch at a nice place with my family. Wednesday did my work at home and stoned. and yup. Thursday this was the best day. had much laughter. after class, went with xy and nat to taka. bought lunchbox for congren and me from toriq. some really delicious smackeral that i didnt eat for a long long time. xy wanted me to go arcade. now. imagine: i sms congren: i'm late. when i meet him, with an ap face, i say sorry i went to arcade. i found it hilarious at that point of time. anyway. recording went well. retook a few times. i think he sang great. didnt get to do mixing though.i still wanna learn how to use cubase but o well i just have to do so another time. Thanks, Congren for singing and i'll try my best not to put the midi on the net.=] Friday that's today. had loads of fun. did mathematics in the morning. went to music class. with 8 cookies and 8 different kinds of tea. =]. for my teacher. to karl: hello dude. never seen you for quite some time. anyway. i would party in the rain if i have to. shall give you a waterbomb some day. i'll make sure you are in sch u. hehee. sorry for not replying your letter for like 2mths. =] drop you an email someday. =] then zach was convinced that i had a bf called gary because i'm attending his party... and zach has vowed that he wouldnt have a gf and zach's only 12. sounds like me. i still think i wont get a bf. definitely not one not gone through army. Gary's party was quite fun. as i mentioned i played basketball, skated, hang out with friends. oh, jo, fion and i took a pic that was made into the bgimage of fion's phone.

kind of cant wait to go back to school.
gtg
i wanna sleep.

Thank God for friends around me.

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philipians 4:13

Something I learnt and makes me think. as what friends often remind me constantly. =]

I play Badminton because it is Christ who strengthens me. My legs can run and run non-stop because it is Christ who strengthens me. My engine can run on 5h of sleep per day(especially so recently) because it is Christ who strengthens me. Calmness is all around me during an examination because it is Christ who strengthens me. Setbacks and problems never caused insomia because it is Christ who strengthens me.

here's what happened between the posts:
i apparently went for two runs. 5.3 km milkrun and 10km mizuno run. i was top 20 for the 5.3km but the 10km run was a better timing. 5.3 km was 34/ 33 min. 10km was 58min. i've stopped all my trainings and am currently feeling unfit. anyone wants to go running with me? or we could play badminton. oh. i went to school training and Coach said that i'm rusty.

i had my english oral examinations today. the topic was one of my favourite. it was about sports, competition. talked quite a bit. i hope i did not bore the examiners. they looked quite pleasant to me. =] and i made the lady examiner smile. something hard to do. because she has mastered the art of keeping impressions and opinions undercover.

after like what seems like a decade of not running, i ran round the field twice during PE lesson. i should run more often. makes me feel happy due to endorphin release.

there was mass dance. quite fun. i hope i dont start liking dance all over again or history would repeat itself three times.

at the tender age of 7, i quit ballet. didnt want to be frisking around with a tutu (i think that is what it is called). at the age of 14, dance has caused me too much unhappiness. almost all the people do not like sports and i dont have photographic memory. i dont wish to pick it up a third time and end up giving it up again. so i took wushu. mr tan called it dancing. so well. maybe it is. learning wushu makes dancing easier. but wushu seems more organized than dancing. we had fun for mass dance. that's about it.

Thank God for examinations.

Chinese 'O' written papers are over. i feel elated, joyful, bouncy. yippee. went to expo that day for fun. ongy was saying原来考完试的感觉是这样的ong, brend, nat and i came up with a riddle. 什么东西是圆的?答案:薛‘圆’ then i sent sms to xy. but xy didnt have a sense of humour. oh well. this week is gonna be a hectic week.

Monday: 'O' levels. Fiona and Mark could not sleep. i smsed Fiona, Mark and Gary at 1130. Mark replied immediately and still dont want to use chinese to sms. Fiona reply around 1140. Gary nvr reply. i couldnt sleep the night before till about 1. xinyi slept at 3. haiz. was quite a fun paper. lala.

Tuesday: Had school till about 1230? went to eat pizza with grandma bro sis and dad. the pizzahut service was real slow that day. had to keep requesting for the food. and appetizers came after the pizzas did. so weird. anyway...

Wednesday: i slept during geog lesson. i'm sure ms lee was staring at me cause i was like sitting up straight with my eyes closed. i tried to keep awake but alas, physical geog is so unappealing to me. this is by far the most hectic day yet. it was lessons till 3. rush home to slack for 1h, and rush out again to go for the music thingy. the few of us wandered around the area looking for food while rachel fussed about her hair getting smelly and in the end we ended up at tiong bahru eating KFC. reached church at 11pm. stayed overnight. Jiamin, Yi Le, Yu Lei (mojojojo's friends) came for this event. (seriously jonana. you should have asked gary or elijah to come instead of me...)

Thursday: slept 4am and woke up at 8am. felt like some zoombie for a while. and i decided that in future, i'll not sleep on chairs. i'll lean against the wall to sleep. had breakfast and went to catch potc3. quite a great day. except for the lack of sleep. (pst i baked cookies)

Friday: what today would be... physics till 1000, then sleep till 1. then practise piano till dun wanna practise. then if got time play dough and (i'll bake). then BADMINTON. wahaha. i'm an evil friend. cherlyn is scared of Coach's car. chen yi would have like a lot of trng hrs today. close to 7. haha. i'm kind of sure Coach would give her a lift if she would accept it. haiz.

YE retreat is coming. yippee. hope i get to bunk with jonana. (friday 1am)

let's talk about CHEERS SINGLES AGE GROUP TOURNAMENT. once again like what i did to shiwei from nhss, i found jiayan from dhs. out of the many jiayans. feels a sense of satisfaction. i'm gonna train hard. next year playing in WS not GU17. (why must i be born so early) when i told cheryln that my opponent is jiayan. cheryln was like, "jiayi's good friend" ironically, this jiayan has a friend called jiayi. i've read her blog. she reminds me of my previous blog. half the time blogging about my sports life. shall i start? no i shant. i would like to make friends with jiayan. haha. seems normal enough.=]. zafey's kind of normal.

i'm kind of excited to play for tourni. yipee. if i have time i would go support cheryln. i needa train. desperately. coach couldnt conduct (hey alliteration) trng today (alliteration again=] )cause he going for some dinner. me and ongy went to buy shuttles to go train. was wondering what to buy. we so blur. then we went to csh. coach lee was there training my bro. haha. no courts from 8 -9. so me and ong played under nature's mercy. no wind. how great is that. :) then we remember we were suppose to go to the gym to do pt. we almost died doing launches(however you spell it) we only use 4kg half dead le. coach wanted us to use 5kg EACH HAND. eunice was really tired after that. could barely move her leggys. (she didnt touch racket for 2 wks. poor racket... so unloved.) i need to push myself more. i'll go to the gym soon. should call crazy ppl who love to do pt to come with me. maybe call natalie or jie en. lala. after that ong and i still trained for 1h. was kind of a slack trng esp when you can barely feel your leggys.

gtg. need my sleep for the long day tmr.

Thank God for Great Friends. =]
